ITM Group was founded by Mr. Isahm Diab in 2006 as a small freight forwarding company, primarily managing entire cold-chains for small and eventually large US exporters. That freight forwarding experience gave the ITM Group team global supply chain exposure and insight. It was during that time where the CEO recognized obvious inefficiencies and lack of innovation, not only within the cold chain, but the industry as a whole from trade operations to the finance and regulatory requirements. In 2012 ITM Group began working with the federal government in an effort to further bring new and forward thinking ideas to the supply chain industry, commercially and federally. With no previous experience, navigating the federal landscape was a tough endeavor. But through adversity the company remained nimble, agile, learned, and adaptable. With the use of some strategic partnerships, excellent performance, innovative ideas, and a continued desire to create the best supply chain implementations on the market, ITM Group has grown and assisted the federal government with logistics & support services, supply chain requirements, and consulting services for many years. We intend on providing continued excellence of service, transformative ideas, and game-changing solutions to our customers.
